VENUE POLICIES

Shotties Nightclub is a 19+ venue.
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.
Acceptable ID includes:
• Driver’s licence
• Passport
• Provincial identification card
• Other government-issued photo IDEntry or service will be refused if identification is invalid, expired, altered, or cannot be verified.

Entry to Shotties Nightclub is a privilege, not a right.
Security and management reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose presence may create safety, compliance, or operational concerns.
Entry may be refused for reasons including:
• Intoxication upon arrival
• Aggressive or disruptive behaviour
• Use of fake or altered identification
• Failure to follow venue rules or security instructions
• Previous banning from the venueDecisions made by security or management regarding entry are final.

Shotties Nightclub follows responsible beverage service practices.
Alcohol service may be refused to anyone who:
• Appears intoxicated
• Cannot provide valid identification
• Is acting aggressively or disruptivelyOur staff are trained to prioritize safety and compliance with provincial liquor laws.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons.
The following behaviour may result in refusal of service, removal from the venue, or banning:
• Fighting or physical altercations
• Harassment or unwanted physical contact
• Threatening or aggressive behaviour
• Property damage or vandalism
• Illegal activityShotties Nightclub maintains a zero tolerance policy for violence or harassment.

To maintain a neutral and safe environment, individuals displaying gang-related clothing or insignia may be denied entry.
This may include:
• Motorcycle club patches
• Gang colours or insignia
• Clothing identifying affiliation with criminal organizationsGuests may be permitted entry if such items are removed or covered prior to entry.

Weapons of any kind are not permitted inside Shotties Nightclub.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Firearms
• Knives (including utility knives)
• Pepper spray
• Batons or clubs
• Any object considered a weaponIndividuals found carrying weapons will be denied entry or removed from the premises.

For the safety of patrons and staff, security personnel may conduct bag checks or visual inspections at entry points when necessary.
Guests who refuse security screening may be denied entry.

Guests who violate venue policies or create safety concerns may be removed from the premises.
In serious situations, management may issue a temporary or permanent ban from the venue.
Law enforcement may be contacted when required.

Guests who intentionally damage venue property may be removed from the premises and may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
This includes damage to furniture, fixtures, equipment, washrooms, or décor.

Shotties Nightclub welcomes service animals assisting individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable accessibility laws.
Guests should be aware that the nightclub environment includes loud music, flashing lights, crowds, and late-night conditions, which may not be suitable for animals. We respect animal welfare and encourage handlers to consider whether the environment is appropriate for their animal.
Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times while inside the venue.
If a service animal is not clearly identifiable, staff may request reasonable confirmation that the animal is a trained service animal as permitted by law.
For the safety of all guests, pets and non-service animals are not permitted.
Management reserves the right to request removal of any animal that is disruptive, aggressive, or not under control.

Shotties Nightclub may capture photos or video during events for promotional purposes.
Guests entering the venue may appear in crowd photography or video.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify staff or management.

Shotties Nightclub reserves the right to modify these policies at any time to ensure compliance with laws, safety requirements, and operational needs.
Management decisions regarding venue operations, safety, and service are final.
